Smart Grid: 3 things public utility commissions are doing all wrong (and 3 they are getting right)
smartgridnews.com is a very good site ... but calling out Ontario as exemplary just because we have thrown away the most money diminishes it into a sales tool for the latest trend.
It could be, and usually is, much more than that.
